Requirements

At least 8 years of professional experience in the offshore cable industry, including direct involvement in cable lay, burial operations, and associated project works
Proven experience in landfall/ beach cable pull-ins, cable installation on structures, preparatory offshore works (PLGR, boulder clearance, object removal, pre-sweeping, dredging), and various offshore construction activities (vessel and ROV operations)
Strong understanding of survey techniques, GIS software, and route engineering for subsea cable systems
Fluent in English
proficiency in Dutch and French is considered an asset

Job Responsibility

Contribute to the preparation and installation of HVAC offshore cable systems within a multidisciplinary environment under the framework of an EPCI contract
Engage with and ensure proper follow-up of contractors and internal experts for project milestones and deliverables
Review technical documentation and provide comprehensive comment sheets for project scope
Pro-actively report status and progress of assigned activities to relevant stakeholders
Support and oversee the execution phase, including follow-up of offshore activities and coordination with client representatives deployed offshore
Independently review engineering documentation and ensure adequate quality control over external parties' deliverables
Participate in technical meetings, site visits, and short business trips as required to contractors or suppliers
