Job Description:
The Subsea Project Engineer at Company will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of subsea projects through FEL3 and Execute phases. Reporting to both a Subsea Project Management Team Lead and a Subsea Project Manager, the engineer will be accountable for project package delivery, integration activities, and interface management. They will exemplify company's core values of 'Care for Others', 'Live our Purpose', and 'Play to Win' while being an integral part of a high-performing, multi-discipline team dedicated to rigorous project and risk management. Key responsibilities include interfacing with and supporting the integration of the full project scope, which encompasses subsurface, wells, operations, regulatory, and regional business aspects. The engineer will also support relationships with project partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe and predictable project outcomes. They will develop the project business case and rigorously manage performance to meet financial and operational promises, ensuring conformance to company's common processes, self-verification, and oversight plans. Additionally, the role involves capturing, applying, and sharing lessons learned and best practices to continuously improve project execution.
