This is a Perth-based, full-time 5 days a week role on an 12-months contract. The Subsea Engineer provides subsea engineering support to the Lead Subsea Engineer. Responsible for optimizing subsea equipment and services planning, costing and operations.

Requirements
Engineering Degree
Minimum 5 years of drilling and completions related subsea engineering experience
Working knowledge of Industry Standards such as DNV, API, ISO, etc.
Experience and demonstratable track record with participation in formal safety assessments (HAZID), HAZOPS and operational risk assessments
Experience in subsea operations, contractor management, installation planning, and operational improvement
Strong subsea engineering knowledge, including XT (Christmas tree), IWOCS (Installation Workover Control System), TBIRS (Through BOP Intervention Riser System), OWIRS (Open Water Intervention Riser System), and ROV systems
Familiar with Light Well Intervention (LWI) planning and execution
Skilled in well engineering support, risk management, technical reviews, and safety assurance
Experienced in tendering, contract management, and supplier engagement
Proficient in subsea package management, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
Strong stakeholder, supplier, and contractor management skills
Basic understanding of drilling, completions, and NOPSEMA regulatory requirements
