Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to support the Diving Operations Specialist (TRP) with the supervision and monitoring of all manned and unmanned subsea operations carried out by the company, to ensure they are in line with international best practice, classification society rules, flag state, local regulations, and company standards. The job holder shall contribute and participate in the application of a robust audit and assurance program on personnel and equipment mobilised to support company subsea work scopes, reducing the company’s exposure to major risk.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Diving Operations Specialist (TRP) with the supervision and monitoring of all manned and unmanned subsea operations

  • Propose & monitor strategies and technology to support the companies GHG reduction targets

  • Support the creation and review of company CMS standards and guidelines
  • Support and encourage the development of local talent
  • Document and record department performance KPI’s

  • Ensure CMS rules, standards, policies, and guidelines covering subsea personnel and equipment are applied and monitored
  • Maintain a robust audit and assurance program
  • Support contract management
  • Support operational changes, delivering solutions to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Ensure the N+1 routinely provided with highlights, concerns and trends
  • Participate in industry forums related to subsea operations

Requirements:

  • Experienced HSE Top Up Diver & preferably Closed Bell Diver (or equivalent)
  • IMCA Air Dive Supervisor or IMCA Closed Bell Supervisor
  • Preferably C.S.W.I.P 3.1u (or higher)
  • Preferably Introduction to Dive System Auditing Course
  • Preferably Introduction to DP course
  • Experience with SPM maintenance, Inspection Repair Maintenance (IRM), Subsea Umbilicals, Risers & Flowlines installation (SURF)
  • Must have at least 10 years of experience as Diving Superintendent
  • Capable supporting multiple activities with a high degree of accuracy against defined deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills
  • Strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, coordination, planning and interface skills
  • High level of proactivity, negotiating and influential skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of software programs
  • Preferably Proficient in MS Project
  • Valid OPITO H2S and T-BOSIET trainings
