  • Streamline and automate the user journey from awareness through trial sign-up
  • Analytics & Reporting: Own funnel metrics from traffic → trial → subscriber
  • Provide clear weekly insights on what’s working and where investment should shift
  • Inform leadership decisions around channel prioritization and potential spend

Requirements

  • Highly Driven and Proactive: Comfortable being the sole executor in the short to medium term. Have had hands-on experience running lifecycle email, SEO, and demand gen campaigns for ~5 years, preferably in a b2b subscription-based role
  • Effective Communicator: Strong copy instincts and customer-centric messaging that resonates with our audiences
  • Organized: You are able to manage end-to-end processes effectively, prioritizing your time across multiple workstreams running in parallel
  • Outcome-Focused: You are motivated by results and take ownership of moving key business metrics, specifically regarding conversion. Always optimizing for learning velocity, not perfection
  • Client-Obsessed: You are fascinated by clients and enjoy listening to and empathizing with users to build a true understanding of their needs
