Requirements

2 to 3 years of previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in sublimation printing, is preferred
Basic understanding of sublimation printing techniques and equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions
Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Willingness to work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
Clear criminal record check

Job Responsibility

Set up and operate sublimation presses according to standard operating procedures
Load and unload substrates (up to 50lbs of unbacked polyester fabric) onto the press
Adjust press settings, including temperature and time, to achieve desired results (preventing any bleeding and ghosting)
Monitor the sublimation process to ensure optimal quality and efficiency
Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, bleeding, ghosting and overall appearance
Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the sublimation process
Implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards
Organize and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Properly dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper handling of chemicals and equipment

You will be trained to customize various styles of sports leagues jerseys using a projector for placement accuracy.
You will be responsible for pre-work and post work equipment inspections.
You have the ability to stand for the majority of your shift (8 hours). This is a must.
You must be able to speak and read English fluently.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
QC is key: You will detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to a supervisor.
