Sublimation Business Unit Manager

We are a rapidly growing Australian-owned apparel factory located in Biyagama EPZ. EKwear is our sublimation printing business, producing custom apparel, sportswear, schoolwear, teamwear, and other sublimated garments for local and international customers. We are looking for a strong Sublimation Business Unit Manager to take ownership of the sublimation business unit. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, production planning, quality, delivery, cost control, team performance, and business growth. The successful candidate must be able to manage the full process from customer requirement to final delivery and ensure the sublimation unit operates as a disciplined, profitable, and growing business.
