Job Description

We are hiring 10 Subject Matter Experts (5 in Mathematics, 5 in Chemistry) to support advanced AI training and evaluation projects. This role involves creating and reviewing high-difficulty STEM content to improve AI reasoning quality. This is not entry-level annotation work. We are looking for experienced contributors who can operate as immediate reviewers.

Job Responsibility

  • Write complex math or chemistry problems and detailed solutions
  • Produce clear, step-by-step reasoning
  • Review AI-generated answers for correctness and logical soundness
  • Identify subtle conceptual or reasoning errors
  • Rewrite and improve flawed responses
  • Provide structured feedback and quality control

Requirements

  • Must have a Masters Degree or PhD in Mathmatics or Chemistry
  • Experience with AI training, model evaluation, or technical reviewing
  • Data annotation experience preferred
  • Strong analytical writing skills
  • Teaching or grading experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding
