The Subject Matter Expert safeguards, manages and monitors the end-to-end processes for one or more of the following areas of focus, RTP, RTR and OTC, including first line incident management.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and analyze process performance (Volume/Quality) across sub-processes and external service providers
Supervise adherence to Desktop Procedure Manuals and conduct regular quality checks/audits of the hubs
Act as the main point of contact for process leads and controllers to discuss priorities, performance, and HQ requirements
Identify structural gaps based on KPI performance, quality reviews, etc.
Design and drive new process requirements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Moderate improvement meetings, eliminate bottlenecks, and manage organizational or application-level changes
Measure service quality through surveys and implement corrective action plans
Ensure timely reporting of hub performance and identify new reporting needs
Conduct end-user and 'train-the-trainer' sessions for new accounting processes
Handling escalation processes
Support centrally driven projects by providing process expertise and efficient solution designs
Participate in the selection, testing, and rollout of new tools
Serve as the 'linking pin' to manage change processes
Requirements:
College degree preferably with focus on Accounting
2-5 years of relevant experience
Preferably an all-round accounting background
Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Applications, ERP Accounting systems (preferably SAP)
Fluent English in writing and verbally (French is an advantage)
Nice to have:
French language skills
