Job Description:

We are looking for a Chemistry subject matter expert to lead our efforts of creating syllabus-aligned videos, practice questions and conduct quality checks primarily aligned for Grades 11th-12th. This role is open to citizens living in India Only.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a team of freelancers
Onboard freelancers on Khan Academy content principles
Conduct quality checks for exercises and videos in Chemistry 11th-12th and from Science 6-10
Create videos and exercises for Chemistry 11th-12th
Continuously iterate and improve content based on feedback received
Curate courses and lead workshops to collect feedback on the content

Requirements:

Combined 4+ years of experience in teaching and creating educational content for Chemistry
Impeccable written communication skills
Ability to timebox effortlessly
Proactive and self-managed
Entrepreneurial mindset, including a high tolerance for ambiguity, a penchant for experimentation, and a bias toward action
Passionate about education and strongly desire to change the world for the better
