Job Description

We're seeking a highly organised Subject Access Request (SAR) Support Officer for a short-term temporary assignment in Westminster. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail who is confident handling sensitive information securely and accurately.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the processing of Subject Access Requests (SARs) in line with data protection regulations
  • Collating information from multiple systems and departments
  • Reviewing documents and identifying personal data
  • Accurately redacting sensitive or third‑party information
  • Organising and preparing documentation for disclosure within set timescales
  • Ensuring all data is handled confidentially and securely at all times

Requirements

  • Must hold an in‑date Enhanced DBS and be registered on the Update Service
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information
  • Basic understanding of data protection and confidentiality (training can be provided)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital document systems
  • Ability to follow clear processes and instructions
