The Subcontracts Representative plays a key supporting role within the Global Category Management team, with a focus on execution support across offshore manning, pre-commissioning, and survey scopes. This is a dynamic and evolving position, ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is comfortable managing internal interfaces across project and regional teams.
Job Responsibility:
Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Call-Offs in alignment with project requirements and global frame agreements
Ensure commitments are accurately reflected in procurement systems and aligned with project forecasts
Act as the primary subcontracts liaison between the category team and project/regional stakeholders
Maintain and update package-level forecasts in collaboration with project controls and buyers
Track and process scope changes, ensuring timely updates to commitments and budgets
Ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and approved commitments
Provide administrative support for offshore manning, pre-commissioning, and survey scopes
Coordinate with relevant technical and operational teams to ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of subcontracted personnel and services
Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, frame agreements, and applicable EBAs
Maintain accurate records of approvals, rate confirmations, and contractual documentation
Requirements:
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Experience in procurement, subcontracts, or project support roles within the energy or engineering sectors
Experience in subcontract management, specifically within offshore projects environments
Experience in managing and coordinating with overseas subcontractors, ensuring compliance and performance across international operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
