Sub Project Manager

• Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and governance structure to ensure successful project delivery
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure roles are clear and deliverables are achieved efficiently
• Budget & Resource Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective execution
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues and change requests
• Schedule & Quality Control: Track project progress against timelines and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards
• Communication & Reporting: Provide regular status updates, performance reports, and maintain accurate project documentation
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all project activities comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a project management role within engineering, construction, or nuclear sectors
• Strong working knowledge of reporting and planning methodologies
• Good communication and organisational skills and capable of driving project updates with the planning and cost engineers
• A positive can-do attitude, excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse project teams
• Must hold appropriate Security Clearance (SC and British Sole National) and be a Sellafield pass holder
