Requirements

  • Experience managing small teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members
  • Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control

Nice to have

  • Experience preparing reports, method statements, and risk assessments
  • Basic commercial awareness and ability to support business development
