Tier 1 Experience: A proven track record working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor on major highways or infrastructure projects
Technical Breadth: Strong engineering and management knowledge spanning earthworks, pavement construction, and utility coordination
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills. You need to be a decisive problem-solver who can manage subcontractor relationships firmly but fairly

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
RAMS & Quality: Review and approve Method Statements and Risk Assessments. Ensure ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) are strictly adhered to
Programming & Progress: Look-ahead programming (3-week rolling), monitoring progress against the master schedule, and reporting commercial or technical variations early
HSEQ: Champion a zero-harm culture on-site, ensuring all activities comply with environmental permissions (especially vital for the ecology packages)
