Stylist

• Engage with guests, consult with them on hair care needs and recommend products and services
• Deliver quality professional services with emphasis on guest's total look
• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, up-dos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing
• Meet or exceed sales goal of $800 average weekly sales and productivity goals
• Perform product demonstrations with guests
• Support execution of in-store events, promotions, and marketing-initiatives
• Stay informed regarding new and existing industry trends, products, and services
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and appropriate retail and service recommendations
• Serve all guests, including walk-in guests
• Develop partnership with skin therapists and retail team
• Establish professional peer and brand partner relationships
• Share benefits of guest loyalty program
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Follow established service protocols
• Utilize appropriate booking and clientele systems
• Communicate supply needs to EM
• Maintain outstanding store operational standards
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty dress code
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices
• Execute other operational tasks as directed

• Cosmetology license
• Previous relevant salon experience is preferred
