Create connections everywhere: Use in-store interactions and digital tools (text, social media, Nordstrom apps) to inspire customers, share curated looks, and keep them engaged
Drive results: Grow predictable sales through outreach and appointment-setting during event and non-event periods
Be a trusted partner: Follow up after purchases, share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club
Keep the experience seamless: Work with others to maintain a clean, organized space that makes every customer feel welcome
Stay adaptable: Sell throughout all departments, gaining exposure to new styles and customers
Requirements
