Job Responsibility:
Reporting into the Styling Editor
Responsible for styling both Men’s and Women’s priority fashion brands across Selfridges e-commerce
Styling Mannequin sets occasionally
Daily creation of inspiring and relevant looks in line with the Selfridges Creative Vision and customer base
Possess key brand knowledge and be up to date with seasonal and continuity trends
Responsible for setting the standard for optimised numbers across e-commerce sets
Proven ability to work to daily deadlines while maintaining a high styling standard
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work alongside Photostudio teams, fellow Stylists, Photographers, PTS, Stock Operations and Production, as well as the pool of freelance talent
Communicate daily with the Production team to identify work-flow blockers and implement necessary changes to support the team
Requirements:
A strong portfolio of Men’s and Women’s Fashion styling for online plus editorial would be beneficial
Ecommerce studio experience is preferred
Creative flair whilst commercially minded
Experience with luxury and mid-market brands essential
Experience styling on Mannequin sets
Ability to draw on a wide range of references that speak to the Selfridges tone of voice
Accuracy and a strong eye for detail ensuring delivery of exceptional work
A team player
Able to prioritise, have good time management and are adaptive, with the ability to multi-task effectively
Competent in producing presentations and style decks
