Job Description:

As a Study Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic progress and personal development. This includes supervising study sessions, providing guidance, monitoring behavior, and collaborating with teachers to address student needs. The role is part of a growing secondary school committed to providing exceptional education.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and manage students during study periods and independent learning sessions
Support students with their coursework, homework, and exam preparation
Foster a productive and respectful study environment
Monitor student behaviour and ensure adherence to school policies
Assist in the planning and delivery of study skills workshops
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to address individual student needs
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
Provide feedback and reports to senior staff as required

Requirements:

A genuine passion for education and student development
Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is highly desirable
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage and motivate students effectively
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
A relevant qualification in education or a related field is an advantage
