Randstad Student Support is currently seeking dedicated SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) Tutors for the upcoming academic year, September (2026/2027) at the University of Nottingham. All successful candidates must be able to travel to the university and flexibly offer both in-person and online sessions to meet student preferences. As a Specialist One-to-One Study Skills Support Worker with Randstad, you will provide learning support and academic guidance. This includes creating an individual learning plan tailored to the student's needs that encourages them to become an independent learner.

Requirements
Hold membership with one of the below relevant professional bodies: British Dyslexia Association (BDA)

The Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (PATOSS)
Must be able to travel to the university and flexibly offer both in-person and online sessions
Experience of working with clients with specific learning difficulties
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to identify ways of helping students to build on their learning strengths whilst maintaining a confidential and professional working relationship
Punctuality and reliability
Good organisational skills
Ability to manage a caseload of students
