Job Responsibility

Manage the learning journey of students from initial interview and assessment through to successful achievement of a Level 1 or Level 2 qualification in Practical Horticulture Skills, with a focus on sports ground maintenance
Deliver practical, hands-on teaching tailored to meet the needs of a diverse cohort of learners
Contribute to the development of learners’ employability and social skills
Support those who require it to achieve qualifications in English and maths up to GCSE level
Work in close partnership with host clubs on a day-to-day basis, maintaining strong lines of communication and ensuring collaborative working
Engage in regulated activity relevant to children
Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people, and/or vulnerable adults
