Job Description:

Study Assistant/Academic Tutor position at a Secondary School in Dartford supporting students to learn in an independent working environment. Full-time position supporting students aged 11-19.

Job Responsibility:

Support students aged 11-19 in accessing learning resources
Play a leading role working alongside families to support student progress
Supervise and provide support for students with identified needs
Assist with development of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans
Establish constructive relationships with students
Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
Encourage students to interact with others
Set challenging expectations and promote self-esteem

Requirements:

Strong academic background
Educated to undergraduate level at a minimum
Passion for education, learning and high achievement
