As the Studio Technician you will be the central point of contact for the In-house Agency producers and a defined group of internal clients. Reporting to the Studio Head, you will be responsible for organizing and setting up shoots, assisting the team with post-production and day to day file management. You would be expected to support and manage client expectations. This includes ensuring that filming timeline are feasible, and that we meet and where possible exceed the expectations of our clients. You’ll be happy working in an in-house environment and will relish collaborating with other members of the team to produce well-crafted work that’s on brand, on strategy and on time.
Job Responsibility:
Be the central point of contact for the In-house Agency producers and a defined group of internal clients
Organize and set up shoots
Assist the team with post-production and day to day file management
Support and manage client expectations
Ensure filming timelines are feasible
Support production team across all phases of production, including pre-production planning, scheduling, location management, voice-over recording, filming, and post-production
Support and/or oversee filming, directing, lighting, sound recording, and editing
Maintain and manage production equipment, media assets, and workflows, including archiving and version control
Manage filming scheduling
Collaborate with internal producers, animators and external vendors, freelancers, and production partners
Ensure capacity issues are referred to the management team
Provide day to day assistance to the Producers, Studio Head and Creative Director
Provide editing support on Tier C projects when required
Maintain the high standards of creative output within the applicable corporate identity
Oversee the day-to-day running of the Riverside podcasting Application and Lumen5 video creation Application
Provide technical equipment specification support for Citi tower broadcasting studio set up and build
Requirements:
Proven experience working within filming and production
Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Flexible and responsive manner

Negotiation skills
Tactfully managing demanding clients
Managing budgets and timeframes
Experience liaising with producers, camera operators and lighting technicians
Knowledge of the production process and techniques
Experience in a client-facing role
Ability to work in a fast-paced creative studio and deliver projects on-time, on-brand and on-budget
