We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Sample Coordinator to support a fast-paced creative and visual merchandising team. This role is essential to ensuring product samples are accurately tracked, well-organized, and readily available for studio and merchandising needs. Job Responsibility

  • Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising teams
  • Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate inventory records, and communicate delays or issues to relevant partners
  • Assemble, organize, and maintain sample racks and storage areas to ensure easy accessibility
  • Support studio setup, including preparing sets and maintaining overall studio organization and cleanliness
  • Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in partnership with the visual merchandising team
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support team objectives
  • Capture and catalog studio sample photography to support inventory tracking and internal documentation

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio operations, or sample management preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail, particularly with data accuracy
