Job Responsibility:

  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and ensure they reach the right person
  • Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanour
  • Coordinate with the Office Manager for seamless communication and task management
  • Order and maintain supplies, ensuring the coffee machine and drinks are stocked
  • Manage email inboxes and forward messages as necessary

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software
  • A friendly and approachable personality
