Job Description:

As a Studio Production & Styling Coordinator (m/f/d), you will play a key role in connecting our Hamburg-based studio operations with the Berlin creative team. Based in our Hamburg office and on-site at the ABOUT SHOTS photo studio, you will manage the entire process of pre-production, styling preparation, and e-commerce shoot execution. With a strong sense of organization, visual awareness, and teamwork, you will ensure that EDITED’s collections are presented consistently and in line with the brand’s creative direction. This is a part-time position (20hours per week / 3 days). Due to the nature of e-commerce productions, shoot days are often only planned a few weeks in advance – therefore, a certain flexibility in working days is required for this position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate pre-production workflows and ensure timely arrival of all collection styles for announcement and e-commerce shoots
  • Collaborate closely with the Berlin creative team on e-commerce briefings, visual direction, and styling guidance for each collection
  • Manage and distribute project briefings, shoot schedules, and documentation for the studio team
  • Coordinate model and stylist bookings in alignment with the Berlin office and the studio processes
  • Support the freelance stylist in preparing and styling looks for e-commerce shoots, and adjust accordingly after the design team reviews the styling
  • Create and maintain the Styling Deck to ensure creative alignment with the EDITED brand identity
  • Supervise e-commerce shoots together with the Art Director, ensuring styling, posing, and composition meet EDITED’s creative standards
  • Manage logistics of product arrivals, shooting area setup, and image archiving
  • Support post-production processes and prepare collection decks for use across marketing activities
  • Handle shipment coordination and tracking of collection and styling pieces between teams
  • Support EDITED Marketing team with additional operational tasks such as content creation at the studio (BTS) or reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in studio production, fashion coordination, or styling assistance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of fashion aesthetics, composition, and brand identity
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and GChat
  • Strong team spirit, hands-on mentality, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
  • German language skills are a plus
