Job Description

We’re a creative agency for social-native brands in beauty, wellness, travel, lifestyle, and CPG — handling brand, social, production, and interactive under one roof. Our paid internship program is dedicated to recognizing and nurturing young talent by offering hands-on opportunities to learn and grow within a supportive environment. Studio Production Assistant interns are immersed in the culture of a dynamic agency from day one — shadowing, learning from, and supporting our in-house photographers, stylists, and videographers. This is a physical, on-your-feet role built around equipment operations, studio organization, and production support.

  • Own the inventory system
  • Keep the studio running
  • Support video production
  • Work alongside the in-house team
  • Setting up and breaking down equipment for photo and video shoots
  • Checking gear in and out, tracking its condition, and cleaning and storing it properly after use
  • Keeping the studio organized and shoot-ready at all times
  • Supporting the studio team during productions, workshops, and agency events
  • Assisting photographers, videographers, and stylists with whatever the project needs
  • Occasionally working outside standard hours for events or special projects

Requirements

  • Senior working toward or holding a Bachelor's degree in RTVF, Cinematic Arts, Media Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Genuinely enthusiastic about photography and videography
  • Basic knowledge of videography equipment and video production
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • A strong team player with solid interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, proactive, and reliable
  • Must be physically capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing 50+ pounds
  • Flexible with scheduling
  • Based in Fort Worth or ready to be
  • minimum 24–29 hours per week

What we offer

  • Paid internship at $12/hour
  • Hands-on experience with professional photo and video production equipment
  • A front-row seat to how real shoots come together
  • Close collaboration with photographers, videographers, and stylists on actual client projects
  • A Fort Worth office built for the way creatives actually work
  • A team that celebrates wins, supports each other through the hard stuff, and laughs a lot
