Job Description:

Bentley Systems is the infrastructure engineering software company, advancing the world’s infrastructure—sustaining both the global economy and the environment. Within Bentley, the Design organization shapes meaningful experiences—from brand to in-product interactions—with clarity, coherence, and craft. An integral part of this work lies with the Brand and Creative team, a multidiscipline group of designers, writers, and storytellers who elevate Bentley’s brand through strategic thinking, compelling narratives, and a cohesive visual and verbal identity. From campaigns to events, we shape experiences that celebrate our users and the impact they make on the world. As Studio Manager for the Brand and Creative team, you will drive operational excellence and support creative output across graphic design, content, and video production. You’ll oversee the daily workflow of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring priorities are clear, resources are used effectively, and timelines remain realistic and on track. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, you will foster an environment where creativity and efficiency go hand in hand. Through thoughtful planning, clear processes, and strong prioritization, you’ll empower the team to deliver high-quality work while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization and with external collaborators. You are a proactive, detail-oriented leader who balances creative ambition with operational discipline. Skilled at managing diverse talent across time zones, you keep multiple projects moving smoothly while navigating challenges with focus and agility. Your passion for creativity and talent for bringing structure to fast-paced environments make you integral to a high-performing, collaborative studio.
