Job Responsibility

  • Define and own the product vision for your Studio, translating it into clear strategies, goals, and actionable roadmaps
  • Build, manage, and inspire cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, data) fostering a culture of high performance, ownership, and innovation
  • Drive project timelines, align resources, and ensure smooth execution from concept to launch
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to feature delivery, ensuring that user experience and business goals are balanced
  • Implement structured experiments, analyze results, and use insights to optimize performance and user engagement
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize ARPU, LTV, and overall revenue across subscriptions and in-app purchases
  • Manage Studio budgets, track KPIs, and deliver transparent performance reports to leadership
  • Partner closely with AppNation leadership to align Studio goals with the company’s long-term vision
  • Guide and develop junior PMs, empowering them to grow into future leaders

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product management
  • At least 2+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to define a vision, back decisions with data, and translate insights into measurable outcomes
  • Strong background in mobile app ecosystems, ideally with experience in AI-driven products and monetization
  • Track record of building and scaling teams while maintaining accountability for Studio performance
  • Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting on product performance at a business unit level
  • Familiarity with coding principles, system design, and experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, cohorts, funnels)
  • Ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and represent the Studio’s vision clearly and persuasively
