Job Description:

Within the leather goods, jewelry, and special projects design studio, you will support the Head of Design in all non-creative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create, update, and share presentations, reports, and various documents required for the department’s activities
  • Ensure smooth transmission of information between the teams involved in the development and launch of collections
  • Work closely with team members to ensure effective coordination of activities and achievement of objectives
  • Compile and forward the necessary elements to the Legal team for legal filings and risk anticipation
  • Budget monitoring and invoice management
  • Organization of team travel, including ticketing, flights, and accommodation bookings
  • Organization of meetings within the department, as well as cross-department meetings and meetings with the CEO
  • Drafting meeting minutes for selected meetings
  • Act as the main point of contact for the entire Studio team regarding day-to-day operations and logistics
  • Proactively suggest and implement new processes and tools to improve Studio organization and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage the team’s schedule

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role related to organization and communication
  • Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • A strong sensitivity to fashion or luxury
  • A rigorous mindset, with adaptability and strong organizational skills to manage multiple topics simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Spanish is a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Notion is a plus
