Job Description

We are looking for a welcoming and highly organised Front of House and Administration Assistant to join our London studio. Reporting to the Studio Co‑ordinator, this role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth day to day running of our reception and administration functions. You will take pride in delivering a professional and friendly front of house experience, managing calls and greeting visitors, while also providing essential administrative support to our architecture and interiors teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and plays a vital role in supporting the wider studio.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • InDesign and Photoshop are desirable
  • Good typing speed
  • Excellent customer service
  • Able to promote a positive image of the company to the customer
  • Excellent time keeping
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous Receptionist experience on a busy reception desk
  • Experience of working on a switchboard, efficiently handling a high volume of calls
