Our client, a top personal care manufacturing company is looking for a Studies Coordinator in Clark! The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in cosmetics/personal care industry with photoprotection or vendor-managed product testing experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the execution of Suncare studies for regulated OTC products to ensure global compliance with local regulatory agencies
  • Act as the primary liaison for external vendors by managing testing timelines, sample submissions, shipping logistics, and tracking
  • Partner with Development Labs (Skin, Makeup), safety, and regulatory teams to gather documentation and communicate study status
  • Maintain internal tracking systems, review draft reports for finalization, and proactively communicate project risks or issues to the team

Requirements:

  • Requires 1–2 years of experience in cosmetics, OTC products, or clinical research, with a mandatory background in photoprotection or vendor-managed product testing
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality results and met deadlines through strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating across interdisciplinary teams, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
