Our student worker in Customer Business Partner team is graduating in the summer of 2026, and we are therefore looking for a new person to join our team. We aspire to have as much overlap as possible, enabling our new colleague to be trained in tasks, learn about our systems and have general onboard to the team and Supply Chain.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and own local data storage solutions for Customer Business Partner team
  • Prepare and maintain data and reports on a weekly basis
  • Update different electronic data trackers
  • Develop and optimize data processes within and with the team
  • Support with ad hoc task – mostly data and analysis focused

Requirements:

  • Studying bachelor in business administration, supply chain, operations management, IT or related fields
  • Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills
  • Operations management and execution
  • Fluent communication skills in English – spoken as well as written
  • Experience working with Windows Office package is essential (extended competences in Excel are preferred)
  • Able to clearly communicate and engage with external and internal stakeholders
  • Able to act in a fast-paced environment while being quality conscious and well organized with an eye for details
