In this role, you will act as a key point of contact from initial inquiry through program start, delivering a positive and well-organized experience while maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-up.
Job Responsibility:
Connect with prospective students by phone and other approved outreach methods to explain program options, admissions steps, and enrollment timelines in a clear and supportive manner
Arrange and lead candidate conversations to assess educational goals, discuss program fit, and move interested individuals forward in the admissions process
Manage the full inquiry pipeline from first contact through application transfer, including inbound and outbound communication, application support, and ongoing status updates
Maintain detailed and timely documentation of student interactions, application progress, and related activity within the database
Build interest in available programs through lead generation efforts, referral development, and persistent follow-up designed to strengthen the enrollment pipeline
Partner with financial aid teams and campus leadership to coordinate a smooth transition for students from inquiry to orientation and program start
Track daily recruiting activity, share progress with leadership, and participate in strategy discussions focused on improving enrollment outcomes
Uphold admissions policies and regulatory expectations while delivering attentive service and contributing to a collaborative team environment
Perform additional support tasks as needed to assist the admissions function and enhance the student experience
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in admissions, student support, customer service, or a related enrollment-focused role
Demonstrated ability to conduct and schedule interviews while managing a high volume of prospective student interactions
Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Strong administrative skills, including application processing, record maintenance, and high-volume data entry
Ability to generate leads through outreach, follow-up, community engagement, or referral-based activity
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a strong focus on service and results
Comfortable using databases or CRM systems to track activity, maintain accuracy, and monitor progress across the enrollment cycle
