Student Support Officer

Birkbeck, University of London, is looking for a dedicated Student Support Officer, to join our Student Support & Wellbeing team, and play a key role in supporting students with disabilities and mental health needs. As a Student Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for students seeking disability or mental health-related support. You’ll triage enquiries, provide straightforward support directly, and ensure students receive accurate information, signposting, and timely guidance. This is an engaging and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll make a meaningful difference in students’ lives and help create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
