Job Responsibility:
To lead the effective delivery of Student Support Team and ensure the vision for high quality inclusive support is implemented across the College
To ensure compliance with CCC SEND policy, statutory responsibilities and funding requirements
To provide strong operational leadership, line managing the Student Support Team and ensuring consistent high quality support for learners with additional needs
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Clear and professional communication skills
Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience with learner records and learner progress monitoring software (e.g., EBS, ProMonitor, etc.)
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
Experience in a similar Student Support Manager role
