Job Description

We are seeking a Student Support Coordinator who is passionate about student success, equity, and community well-being. This role plays a critical part in supporting students through complex situations while ensuring institutional policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently. The Student Support Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for students in need of support, advocacy, and guidance, and works closely with internal partners to navigate conduct processes, accommodations, mental health, and other student support services.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the student emergency fund process
  • Manage student support cases and help students navigate government assistance programs
  • Uphold student accountability with care by managing student conduct cases
  • Be a first responder for student well-being
  • Oversee and facilitate the student grievance process
  • Contribute to reporting and measurement
  • Support with student community and communications moderation and curation
  • Champion accessibility and equity by coordinating ADA / Title IX accommodations
