This role will be pivotal in shaping the learning journey of students and guiding them through their degrees from initial enrolment through to graduation. You will play a critical part in connecting with individuals, understanding their aspirations, and providing key information at timely interventions points to ensure high levels of progression, retention and achievement across all our degrees. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
experience providing academic tutoring to students in higher education
highly self-motivated and proactive
ability to work independently, both in-person and remotely
excellent collaborator with strong interpersonal skills
capable of managing a high volume of daily consultative calls and tasks
capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure while working towards tight deadlines
strong communication skills
ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to a diverse, international audience
