We are looking for a motivated and resilient Student Success Coach to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Bristol. This is a highly rewarding role where you will support students who face challenges with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in education. Your focus will be on helping young people build confidence, develop positive coping strategies, and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom. The school provides a structured, supportive and therapeutic environment, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, consistency, and personalised support. Many students have experienced barriers to mainstream education, so your role will be key in helping them re-engage and thrive. Deliver targeted interventions around emotional wellbeing, behaviour and life skills

Deliver outreach sessions in alternative settings or within the community
Support students transitioning between provisions or reintegrating into education
Travel to different local sites to provide consistent support outside the classroom
Accompany students on off-site activities, trips and enrichment opportunities
Work collaboratively with families, schools and external agencies
