Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Student Services Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Broomfield, Colorado. This position focuses on engaging with students and alumni to ensure smooth enrollment processes and effective communication. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail while handling various administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to inquiries from students and alumni regarding enrollment procedures
  • Assist alumni with accessing and navigating the organization's website
  • Facilitate payment schedule setups and ensure timely communication with students
  • Conduct outreach initiatives to engage prospective students and provide support
  • Communicate with students to address their concerns and provide guidance
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and Dynamics CRM to manage enrollment data
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry for enrollment activities
  • Support outreach events aimed at increasing student engagement
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance enrollment strategies and processes
  • Handle inbound calls and email correspondence related to enrollment inquiries

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
  • Empathetic and outgoing personality to build connections with students and alumni
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is highly advantageous
  • Previous experience in enrollment processes or customer service is preferred
  • Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively
