Job Responsibility:
Student Support & Guidance: Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear information and directing them to the appropriate specialized resources.
Platform Administration: Oversee academic management systems, including scheduling, exam coordination, activity tracking, and user access management.
Academic Pathway Management: Process requests regarding academic progress and streamline the registration and enrollment process to ensure a seamless experience.
Multimodal Academic Support: Provide dedicated follow-up and academic support to students across all learning formats, including on-site, virtual, and correspondence-based programs.
Strategic Liaison: Act as a key bridge between students, faculty, administration, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
Fluent Bilingualism (English & French): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential for daily interactions with students and partners located outside of Quebec.
Proven Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar professional environment.
Tech-Savviness: High digital literacy with the ability to navigate complex software systems and work efficiently within a multi-screen environment.
Professional Excellence: A logical mindset, strong autonomy, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
