Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear information and directing them to the appropriate specialized resources
Oversee academic management systems, including scheduling, exam coordination, activity tracking, and user access management
Process requests regarding academic progress and streamline the registration and enrollment process to ensure a seamless experience
Provide dedicated follow-up and academic support to students across all learning formats, including on-site, virtual, and correspondence-based programs
Act as a key bridge between students, faculty, administration, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
Fluent Bilingualism (English & French): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages are essential
Proven Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar professional environment
Tech-Savviness: High digital literacy with the ability to navigate complex software systems and work efficiently within a multi-screen environment
