Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear information and directing them to the appropriate specialized resources
  • Oversee academic management systems, including scheduling, exam coordination, activity tracking, and user access management
  • Process requests regarding academic progress and streamline the registration and enrollment process to ensure a seamless experience
  • Provide dedicated follow-up and academic support to students across all learning formats, including on-site, virtual, and correspondence-based programs
  • Act as a key bridge between students, faculty, administration, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Fluent Bilingualism (English & French)
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar professional environment
