Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver a high-quality reception and student experience at all times
  • Scan, file, and maintain student documents
  • Assist in delivering new student orientations every Monday morning
  • Welcome and provide information to school guests, partners, agents, walk-ins, and trial students
  • Update and maintain student records in the CRM system
  • Process course changes in the CRM
  • Respond to new student leads via email and phone
  • Follow up on inquiries within required timelines
  • Manage Student Services administration, including: - Creating new enrollments - Managing payments - Processing extensions and program upgrades
  • Support student services by coordinating accommodation, assisting with student activities, and social media to drive engagement and visibility
  • Maintain receipts and accurate budget records with the Student Services Department
  • Support special projects assigned by the Line Manager or Centre Director
  • Complete other ad hoc duties as required to support school operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in an education or administrative setting
  • Post-secondary education in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Highly adaptable and able to pivot as priorities change
  • Strong understanding of student services and front-desk operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
