Job Responsibility

Assist departments by providing research, data entry and clerical functions for up to approximately sixteen hours per week
Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures
DATA - Enter or retrieve data from established computer files
DISTRIBUTION - Open and route incoming mail, distribute correspondence and other material to department staff
FILING - Maintain confidential files
INFORMATION - Collect information needed by supervisor for conferences and reports
SCHEDULE - Schedule meetings and appointment for department staff
COPIES - Photocopy material and distribute to appropriate individual
CLERICAL SUPPORT - Perform clerical duties such as answer telephones, direct inquiries, set up and maintain files, type correspondence and reports, and sort and distribute incoming mail
SPECIAL PROJECTS - Responsible for the completion of at least one special project per year
