Job Responsibility

Maintain active Commercial Real Estate business development effort through client and prospect calling, referral source motivation and community involvement

Identify, maintain, and grow relationships with institutional real estate companies that primarily focus on Data Centers and REITs, including delivering the Bank’s full product suite, services, and capabilities
Prepare recommendations for structuring loans, including syndications strategies, based on specific customer requirements
Prepare necessary documentation to support the loan transaction process to include loan origination, structuring and execution of large, complex transactions

Support Portfolio Management team with various ongoing credit management
