Student Recruitment Officer (International)

• Lead on international student recruitment and strengthening UAL’s presence in key markets
• Deliver impactful recruitment plans in key markets
• Contribute to the wider team’s recruitment operations
• Hold regional responsibility for recruitment activity across designated markets
• Handle associated budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
• Work closely with the Student Recruitment Manager (International) and marketing/recruitment teams to produce co-ordinated, data-driven plans
• Support continuous improvements in the student journey from enquiry to enrolment
• Ensure compliance with UAL policy
• Act as an ambassador for the University
• Develop strong working relationships and communicate across diverse audiences
• Influence internal and external stakeholders
• Represent UAL at overseas events
• Work closely with dedicated network of recruitment agents

• Experience in higher education student recruitment
• Understanding of the global student market
• Experience managing market recruitment plans
• Demonstrable understanding of admissions processes, visa requirements and operational frameworks supporting international recruitment
• Ability to evaluate success and improve outcomes
• Experience working with recruitment agents or external networks
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proven experience working both independently and within a team
