Our client is a highly regarded UK university. This institution is well-known for its academic excellence and commitment to research. Reporting to the Head of Department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Enhance recruitment pipelines by cultivating relationships with local educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and feeder institutions
  • Establish and sustain robust relationships with key local education stakeholders, such as counsellors, principals, and parents
  • Oversee relationships with local recruitment agents to ensure adherence to compliance standards, maximise productivity, and optimise yield
  • Spearhead participation in local education exhibitions, open house events, and promotional roadshows
  • Engage collaboratively with admissions and conversion teams to refine the enquiry-to-enrolment continuum and support engagement with offer holders
  • Collaborate with academic personnel, governmental bodies, and non-governmental organisations to broaden outreach and enhance student access
  • Monitor the performance metrics of all local recruitment endeavours against established enrolment goals and provide comprehensive reports on market intelligence and competitor actions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment in higher education
  • Proven track record of executing successful recruitment strategies
  • Being data-driven, great at building relationships, and strongly focused on service are key
  • Must be able to be based in Johor Bahru, Johor
  • Bachelor Degree
