Job Responsibility:
Enhance recruitment pipelines by cultivating relationships with local educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and feeder institutions
Establish and sustain robust relationships with key local education stakeholders, such as counsellors, principals, and parents
Oversee relationships with local recruitment agents to ensure adherence to compliance standards, maximise productivity, and optimise yield
Spearhead participation in local education exhibitions, open house events, and promotional roadshows
Engage collaboratively with admissions and conversion teams to refine the enquiry-to-enrolment continuum and support engagement with offer holders
Collaborate with academic personnel, governmental bodies, and non-governmental organisations to broaden outreach and enhance student access
Monitor the performance metrics of all local recruitment endeavours against established enrolment goals and provide comprehensive reports on market intelligence and competitor actions
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment in higher education
Proven track record of executing successful recruitment strategies
Being data-driven, great at building relationships, and strongly focused on service are key
