Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales Team in Dubai on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible, who shares our vision of excellence in education and who is committed to making a difference in the lives of our students and staff. The University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE) Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a primary brand ambassador, guiding and converting prospective students from their initial inquiry through to enrollment. We are seeking a candidate driven by KPIs and sales targets who can flawlessly navigate university entry requirements. You will manage a pipeline of domestic and international leads, providing bilingual (English/Arabic) consultative advice on our degree programs. This position requires a proactive self-starter who can navigate the nuances of cross-cultural communication to build trust with our diverse student body.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Management & Conversion: Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel for domestic and international markets
  • Convert inquiries into applications and enrollments to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Consultative Sales: Conduct in-depth consultations (in-person, virtual, phone, etc.) with prospective students and parents providing accurate information in a professional manner, matching their academic background and career goals with suitable UE programs
  • Ability to conduct bilingual consultations (English/Arabic), addressing the specific cultural and academic priorities of families in the region
  • Application Processing: Oversee the admissions process and manage associated queries for your leads, ensuring all documentation is collected, verified and processed in compliance with university admissions policies and regulations
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the lead-to-enrollment process using the CRM system, ensuring you regularly contact prospective students and/or parents through a structured communication plan
  • Utilize the CRM system to track daily activities, log student interactions and generate weekly performance forecasts
  • Progression & Conversion: Analyse qualifications of prospective students utilising established University admissions standards and take the lead on progression and referral activity for both internal and external audiences
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Head of Student Recruitment and GUS executive team to analyze student recruitment figures and translate strategies into operational plans, while proactively optimizing departmental procedures and performance reporting to drive student growth
  • Events & Network Growth: Contribute to the planning and organization of campus open events, webinars and student visits, while proactively building a referral network among students and alumni to turn our "UE Family" into a powerful recruitment tool
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the internal Administrative and Academic teams to resolve student queries regarding visa processes, accommodation and curriculum
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on regional activities and trends within the international higher education sector to refine the sales pitch

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in student recruitment or consultative sales, preferably within the UAE or the Higher Education sector
  • Experience dealing with local schools or government entities is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (Written and Spoken) is mandatory
  • Proficiency in additional languages to effectively engage with our diverse student body is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • A sales-driven individual focused on targets and ROI
  • High level of ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and authoritatively
  • A motivated self-starter with a proven ability to effectively collaborate and deliver
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • A team player who can integrate into a dynamic sales-focused department
  • Good understanding of systems usage (CRM, Leads, Database Management)
