Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Student Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic Student Recruitment and Widening Participation Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about higher education, student experience, and outreach. You’ll play a vital role in supporting prospective students through their journey by providing advice, managing enquiries, and delivering key recruitment events. If you thrive in a busy, collaborative environment and have strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide outstanding customer service across multiple channels (email, phone, live chat, social media) to prospective students
  • Support the delivery of recruitment events such as interviews, Open Days, and Offer Holder Days
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date advice is given on courses, applications, and the admissions process
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and academic colleagues to support conversion activities
  • Maintain data protection standards and contribute to continuous improvement in enquiry handling and applicant communications
